Scope and Contents
Secretary's Files include Club formation documents (Constitution, bylaws) and operation documents (Code of Ethics, Administrative Procedures Manual) as well as breed standard records, correspondence on a variety of topics, Board ballots (matters voted upon by the Board), and miscellaneous administrative records. Meeting minutes may also be found in this series, in addition to section "1.1 Meeting Minutes."

The bulk of this collection is in English. There are also some periodicals, books, and pedigrees in German.
Access Restrictions
Two document boxes comprising governance files and National Specialty records are restricted and inaccessible due to the presence of inactive mold. Please see the archivist for details. The rest of the This collection is open to research without restrictions.
