Meeting Minutes, 1983

Meeting Minutes files include minutes for various DPCA meetings, including Executive Committee meetings, Board of Directors meetings, general membership meetings, and Chapter Club Executive Committee meetings.

Files may include meeting minutes for some or all of the entities listed above, and/or summaries of minutes, meeting transcripts, and drafts. Most Executive Committee meeting minutes include reports from various Club committees, detailing the committees' work in progress and accomplishments. Related documents such as lists of officers, directors, and committee members, financial reports and audits, lists of Dobermans achieving obedience titles and other awards, documents circulated in advance of meetings, and correspondence may be included with the minutes. Because annual meetings typically coincided with the National Specialty Show and Convention, these files may also include records related to the hosting Chapter Club's administration of the Convention and judging.
