Scope and Contents

This series contains numerous pedigrees for Doberman Pinschers. In addition, there are compilations of breeding dams and sires, breed studies with some pedigree information, and the Phillips Rating System records for Doberman Pinschers.

Scope and Contents Book 1 and 2 consist of documents and periodicals removed from two three-ring binders, including articles, correspondence, Illini Dobe Doings, an interview and article in Dobe World, and four photographs. Scope and Contents William ("Bill") T. Haines was a Doberman owner, exhibitor, handler, and breeder in the late 1950s-1960s through his Michigan kennel, Checkmate Kennels and co-breeder/co-owner Jack F. Hronek.
