Scope and Contents

From the Series:

Realia and Art includes a variety of three dimensional items representing and honoring Doberman Pinschers. There are several statues and book plates, club posters, pins, medallions, and works of art in sculpture and watercolors. Items of particular interest include a set of ear clamps from around 1980, and a print depicting the dog market in Apolda, Germany, where Doberman Pinschers originated.

Details

Ch. Commando's Silver Sandal was owned by Melvin and Virginia Spafford. She was the HIT-Obedience Champion at the DPCA's 1965 National Specialty show and Convention in Pittsburgh. She was born in 1960 and died in 1968.
