From the Series:

Realia and Art includes a variety of three dimensional items representing and honoring Doberman Pinschers. There are several statues and book plates, club posters, pins, medallions, and works of art in sculpture and watercolors. Items of particular interest include a set of ear clamps from around 1980, and a print depicting the dog market in Apolda, Germany, where Doberman Pinschers originated.

Details

This trophy was offered by Mike Shea to the California Sierra Doberman Pinscher Club, and later donated to the Doberman Pinscher Club of America by Mike Shea. The round wood base is 7 inches high and 14.5 inches in diameter, with a silver-toned engraved plate on the top. A silver-plated statue of Ch. Muck von Brunia, approximately 10 inches high and wide, is designed to stand on top of the base using four thread pins, although only one remains (stored with the base). Two Doberman Pinschers' names are engraved on small, silver-toned plates on the side of the trophy: Ch. Marienburg Sun Hawk and Ch. Weichardt's A-Go-Go, C.D.
