Scope and Contents

From the Series:

The Chapter Clubs series contains files kept by the DPCA regarding the various DPCA-member Doberman Pinscher Chapter Clubs around the country and their activities and communications with DPCA.

Substantive correspondence, bids and agreements to host the annual DPCA National Convention and Specialty, show reports, applications for DPCA Chapter Club status and renewal, constitutions and bylaws, Club histories, rosters, and annual lists of officers and members are retained in these files. Many Chapter Clubs produced newsletters for members containing Club news and events, which are also included in this series. The Illini DPC records include several scrapbooks.
