Kennel and breeding records are comprised of records retained by Dorothy Page Whitney in her role as a breeder of Gordon Setters. Ms. Whitney kept detailed handwritten notes about her litters, their feedings and health, their pedigrees, and their new owners. Her notes in the 1950s are kept all together, while later notes are filed by litter.
