Abstract

This collection consists of pamphlets containing rules, regulations, and guidelines dating from the 1930s to the present. The materials are arranged into seven series by topic. Within each subseries, pamphlets are organized chronologically and described at the item level. These publications are updated and issued on an ongoing basis to provide participants with current information.

Scope and Contents The majority of these files center around club constitutions and by-laws including revision and amendment correspondence, drafts, permanent file copies, and printed pamphlets. Other documents relate to issues such as new club successorship, conflict resolution, elections, annual meetings and more.
