Scope and Contents Note

Club Administration and Governance materials include records related to the administration of the DPCA by its Board of Directors, Officers, and committees. These records include minutes of various club meetings, committee reports, and related correspondence; the club secretary's files, including correspondence, Board of Directors voting results, breed standard, and club formation documents; club officer and committee files detailing matters of interest to the club, including Treasurer's records; membership lists, breeders directories, and club yearbooks.
