Abstract

This collection consists of pamphlets containing rules, regulations, and guidelines dating from the 1930s to the present. The materials are arranged into seven series by topic. Within each subseries, pamphlets are organized chronologically and described at the item level. These publications are updated and issued on an ongoing basis to provide participants with current information.

Scope and Contents

The collection comprises 101 drawings made for the "Dog People" page of the AKC Gazette between 2007 and 2019. The Gazette published its first "Dog People" caricature in June 2007, and the page continues as a monthly feature as of this writing in January 2020. Scope and Contents Spanning the late-1940s through the 1970s, this collection chronicles the lifelong careers in the sport of Margaurite and Kenneth M. McDonald. Scope and Contents

Collection is comprised of win shots throughout the course of Robert J. Moore's career as a dog show judge. The bulk of the 1970s and 1980s feature terrier, working, and herding dogs until 1990, when Moore became a licensed "all-breed" judge.

All featured dogs are labelled. Most images can be easily dated and traced to a club/event.
