Scope and Contents This collection consists of several scrapbooks and loose news clippings, correspondence, and periodicals featuring Ch. Rancho Dobe's Storm. Bred by Brint and Vivian Edwards of Rancho Dobe Kennels in California in December 1949, he was purchased as a puppy by Len Carey of New York City, where he lived in a high-rise apartment building with the Carey family. Storm was the grandson of Ferry v. Raufelsen of Giralda, who was the 1939 Best in Show winner at the prestigious Westminster Kennel...

Abstract

A collection of color photographic negatives of win shots from memebr club shows in the northeastern region of the United States between 1979 and 1984. Chief states of operation include New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Includes all Breed, Group, and Best-in-Show winners from Westminster, plus all breed and Best-in Show winners from the Montgomery Kennel Club and the American Spaniel Club.
