Series II contains Thomas Gately's photographs. The majority of photographs are "win shots" taken at the presentation of the prize at a dog show. Abstract
Collection consists of 26 black-and-white photos assembled by Faye Bergman documenting her activities as a Boxer breeder and show judge in the 1940s through 1960s, a period considered a golden era for the breed. Highlights include many shots by famed West Coast West Coast show photographer Joan Ludwig, frequent coverage of well-known handler George Sangster, footage of the Bergmans' Jamaye Kennels in El Monte, California, and whimsical portraits of Boxer puppies.
