This series includes photographs, negatives, and audiovisual materials compiled by the club. Included are a number of albums that include photographs from as early as 1890. Three discs contain digital scans of famous Scottish Terrier photos. Negatives feature various dog show winners from 1979-1983. This series concludes with a small selection of videos of the club's awards banquets and Montgomery County Kennel Club shows.

Marjorie, a/k/a Maggie, Hilliard (1905-1993) of Michigan was a one-litter breeder (Hilmar), owner, exhibitor, judge, and rescuer of Doberman Pinschers since her family first brought Dobermans back from Europe in the late 1920s. Maggie was active in the DPCA, the DPC of Michigan, and Doberman rescue. Maggie's father was good friends with Glenn S. Eleanor Houston (nee Hill) Carpenter was an early importer of Doberman Pinschers from Germany in the mid to late 1930s, including notable Dobermans Ch. Cherloc v. Raufelsen and Ch. Assy von Illerblick, and produced many champions as a breeder. Carpenter also wrote educational articles on Dobermans and was active in the DPCA and as a judge.
